Had a great experience renting a bouncy house for my daughter’s bday. The rental process on-line was easy and Casey was really helpful in the days leading up to our delivery. The delivery and set up was great. Trey and Christian were professional and friendly and were incredibly flexible with our multiple requests to reposition the house once it was inflated. The house was great quality and everyone at the party loved it. Break down and pickup was simple. I’d highly recommend Brunos’s bounce house for your next party or event.

We had a great time with the bounce house, table, and chairs at our party. The people who set up the bounce house were very nice. They showed up a little later than the estimated time of arrival (the only reason I did not give a full 5 stars), but overall, that did not have a large impact in my case, since everything arrived and was set up a couple of hours prior to the start of our party. I would definitely use this company again.

After 6 years of ordering moon bounces for my sons’ birthdays, I can across Bruno’s Bounce House and will never go back! Last year, they came through on the day of my event when the other company didn’t show up. This year when I contacted them, they were very responsive, they helped ensure I had everything I wanted and they were extremely diligent during the drop off. Once everything was set up, Tyler and Clayton made sure to clean the moon bounce for us and were very professional!

We rented a large moon bounce for a kid's birthday party, and the entire process was seamless with Bruno's Bounce House. They responded to the initial quote request within an hour, and all communication was handled extremely timely, including confirmations the week before and day before. Rented the Superman Obstacle course (which was a great hit with the kids) plus chairs, tables, popcorn and cotton candy concessions. The delivery and setup team's customer service were lacking, very young adults/teenagers who setup everything before asking how I wanted it then proceeded to get upset when I asked them to rotate it. I called the number provided to figure out how to use the cotton candy machine but never got a call back from my voicemail. Lack of customer service and responsiveness brings the rating down.

Great value. Delivery was a little later than desired but still had plenty of time set up before our party. My only complaint was condition of tables. We scrubbed everyone down and put our table clothes down. Added decorations, 35+ teenagers, music and food and my twin 16 year daughters had excellent party with tables, chairs and lots of bubbles! Sunday morning they picked up everything and our backyard was all cleaned up. Highly recommend them for any gathering that folding tables and chairs can be dressed up to make a magical time. Give the delivery guys a tip, they deserve it!

I booked online, our event was from 2 to 8 and it didn’t let me book it further then 6 pm so I called and spoke with someone and they assured me they will change pick up time to 8 pm. Overall, Bruno’s provided what they said they would on time and what we ordered. Lanie, the attendant was super sweet and did a great job. Tyler and Justin picked up and dropped off the moon bounce. They were swift about pick up, in and out! Allison, Two critiques: it was scorching out and I was surprised to see that Bruno’s didn’t send any shade for the attendant. Also, we had to rent a generator from Bruno’s. It wasn’t communicated well in the beginning the limitations of where the power source needed to be and that it was discouraged to use our own generator. Maybe that was something I missed when booking! I understood the why’s once explained but it would have been nice to have that info in the beginning. Overall, we would use them again!

Highly recommend brunos bounce house. I rented moonbounces from them for my kids birthdy parties and I have not had any issues so far. Communication during the booking process is great and transparent. They also call for more clarification to ensure they have all the information and confirm via email afterwards. Upon arrival, the ones delivering are very kind and respectful. They also ask if there is a specific way we'd like to set up and provide any recommendations in a very respectful manner. Pick up is also a breeze. Never an issue and again very respectful even during later hours. My experience has been great and will be using them for our events moving forward.

We had the best experience with Bruno’s Bounce House for our son’s 4th birthday. The communication was great from start until the day of the party. They dropped it off and picked it up exactly on time and they allowed us to have it all day even though our party was only for a few hours. The night before the party I realized we did not have enough tables so I messaged the owners and sent my request through. In the morning they replied that the truck delivering the bounce house had already left, but rest assured the husband drove to our house to personally drop off the tables hours before our party!!! The bounce house we got for my sons' joint birthday party was a hit and everyone was happy. The website was a bit confusing and I initially ordered a bounce house that was way too big for my backyard, but thankfully the day before the party I started asking some questions and we were able to swap it out last minute for something that fit. So while we had a great experience (also ordered tables and chairs), I'd recommend a review of the website to make sure measurements are clear. Everything was great, except they charged extra to pay by credit card before disclosing that, so it was an unexpected fee without explanation, and didn’t even explain it on the receipt. Also, they charge an additional $50 if it’s not at a private residence, which doesn’t make sense to me. Otherwise, great service, communication and punctuality.

We have used Bruno’s Bounce House four times now. They have never let us down. They make the entire process extremely easy and stress free. When booking a reservation you select the date and time frame and Casey will send you an email confirming the date and time. You sign a couple of consent forms and you’re done. They day before delivery you will receive a message from Casey informing you of your estimated delivery time. So far in my experience we always receive it hours before our rental time giving our kids extra time to play. The delivery guys are very fast and efficient. All four rentals have been clean and problem free. All in all I highly recommend Bruno’s Bounce House!

Bruno’s Bounce House team is awesome. They communicated well in advance of the event. On the morning of they showed up on time and made sure everything was perfect before they left. They confirmed a good pickup time and came back on time and made the day simple. Would 100% use them again

Update 2024: We rented with Bruno’s bounce house again this year and another 10/10 experience. We will certainly be making this a yearly tradition. Also, the drop off and pick up were flawless. Tyler did a great job! 2023: Excellent experience! We rented a combo bounce house and 30 chairs. They provided great communication and customer service. The kids loved the bounce house and it was clean and in perfect condition. We will definitely be using Bruno’s bounce house for our next event.

Very professional staff. They arrived when they said they would. They set up everything and properly staked the bounce house down. They also made sure we were familiar with the equipment before they left. The bounce house and equipment were in perfect shape, and the thirty-odd youngest under the age of 12 who attended our annual HOA picnic had a great time. It was well worth the money. The staff took care of all the setup and tear down. We highly recommend them, and our association intends to use them again. If you get the snow cone machine, you may want to consider getting extra syrup. The amount provided ran out after about 3 hours.

Caden and CJ were on time and set up everything perfectly. I appreciate them for being patient as we had some delays with accessing the building. The service was top notch! We asked for a rental in the morning and they did not have the one we wanted but called us back to ask if we wanted one similar to the one we requested. After some time we didn’t know why the moon bounce was deflating (later found out it was due to a bag covering the vent) and the company responded right away and was able to get someone out within 20 minutes. Our children had a great time! Thank you!
