A standard rental is 6 hours, and longer rentals can be arranged. We deliver between 7 and 11 AM and email your delivery window the day before.

Yes, a $50 deposit holds your rental. The remaining balance is due before setup.

Rain cancellation: Cancel by 8 PM the night before for rain, no fee.

For safety, Bruno’s may cancel for high winds, unsafe conditions, or temperatures that make setup unsafe. If we have already delivered and set up, normal rental charges apply.

Our crew makes the safety call: we may cancel for rain, winds over 25 mph or temperatures below 45°F, with a full refund of your deposit. If we’ve already delivered and set up, normal rental charges apply.

For non-weather changes, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help with your reservation. Rain cancellations follow the policy above: cancel by 8 PM the night before the rental, no rain fee.

Delivery is free within about 10 miles of our warehouse, and otherwise usually $30 to $50, based on your address. Our crew always handles setup and pickup, and checkout shows your exact fee.

We accept cash, check, credit card, Zelle and Venmo. Card payments have a 4% processing fee.

There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.

Yes, a $50 venue fee may apply when the delivery address isn’t a home, because those sites need set drop-off and pickup times. Home parties don’t have this fee.

Castle moon bounces start at $275. For combos with a slide and wet combos with a water slide, see current prices on each product page. Our crew handles setup and pickup, and the delivery fee is based on your address.

Grass, concrete, driveways and gym floors all work. Clear the area of rocks, sticks, pine cones and anything sharp first.

No, our inflatables are 250 to 450lbs. We cannot allow any pick-ups due to safety reasons. We set up and breakdown to keep all customers safe.

You provide a garden hose that reaches the setup spot. Also plan for a flat spot where the splash-down water can drain.

Our 16′ x 9′ LED screen trailer is $1,500 for a two-hour movie, and longer events are quoted. It works day or night and comes with its own generator.

Most manufacturers recommend up to 5 or 6 kids of similar size in a bounce house at one time, and one rider at a time on a slide. The 10′ x 10′ Indoor Unit fits up to four.

Yes, 2 or 3 adults at a time, but never together with children. Mixing adults and kids can cause serious injuries.

No, all jumpers must have on a clean pair of socks. No shoes, sandals, or sneakers are to be worn in the unit.

A responsible adult must watch the children at all times. Children should not be left alone to supervise themselves.

Yes, we clean and sanitize our inflatables after each event. The health and safety of our clients are our number one concern. This is the reason why we have extensive cleaning and safety checks once the equipment is delivered back to our location.
