We rented the double slide bounce house and it was a hit with kids all day! Mr. Eli came well before party time to set-up-which was quick and w/out issues. He also picked up right on time and never rushed us as the kids refused to leave the bounce house (because they were having too much fun). Eli was very professional! Rented the Superman Obstacle course (which was a great hit with the kids) plus chairs, tables, popcorn and cotton candy concessions. The delivery and setup team's customer service were lacking, very young adults/teenagers who setup everything before asking how I wanted it then proceeded to get upset when I asked them to rotate it. I called the number provided to figure out how to use the cotton candy machine but never got a call back from my voicemail. Lack of customer service and responsiveness brings the rating down.

Hands down the best experience! They arrived on time when they said they would. Set up was seamless and the picked up right on time as well. The kiddos had a blast and we had the bounce house for most of the day which was a real treat. The only negative I will say is that the bounce house did arrive a bit dirty so my husband took sometime to clean it for the kids. We would definitely use Brunos again in the future.

Everything was great, except they charged extra to pay by credit card before disclosing that, so it was an unexpected fee without explanation, and didn’t even explain it on the receipt. Also, they charge an additional $50 if it’s not at a private residence, which doesn’t make sense to me. Otherwise, great service, communication and punctuality.

The bounce house we got for my sons' joint birthday party was a hit and everyone was happy. The website was a bit confusing and I initially ordered a bounce house that was way too big for my backyard, but thankfully the day before the party I started asking some questions and we were able to swap it out last minute for something that fit. So while we had a great experience (also ordered tables and chairs), I'd recommend a review of the website to make sure measurements are clear. Refreshing Experience! Renting the frozen drink machine was an absolute hit at our event! From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. We booked a bounce house months before my son's birthday. 2 days before the event, we got a note that they were monitoring the weather and asked if we were still planning on having the event. I confirmed we were despite the forecast of rain. The day before, I sent another note saying that we had a forecast of some light rain before/after the party time but still planned to have the event. Later that day and less than 24 hours before the event, they cancelled the bounce house and the tables!! I sent a note saying that we would assume responsibility/liability if something happened and heard absolutely nothing. We ended up going with a different company with a significant cost increase due to the urgency of the request. I sent a note via email and through text that I was extremely disappointed and heard no response. They keep on sending me requests to "rate them 5 stars" via email and text message. I will never use Bruno again. They were great if everything is happy path (we used them last year) but if anything goes wrong, their communication is horrible. For reference, we got some drizzle, no thunderstorms (none were forecasted) and the kids spent hours on the replacement bounce house.

Update 2024: We rented with Bruno’s bounce house again this year and another 10/10 experience. We will certainly be making this a yearly tradition. Also, the drop off and pick up were flawless. Very professional staff. They arrived when they said they would. They set up everything and properly staked the bounce house down. They also made sure we were familiar with the equipment before they left. The bounce house and equipment were in perfect shape, and the thirty-odd youngest under the age of 12 who attended our annual HOA picnic had a great time. It was well worth the money. The staff took care of all the setup and tear down. We highly recommend them, and our association intends to use them again. If you get the snow cone machine, you may want to consider getting extra syrup. The amount provided ran out after about 3 hours.

Communication during the booking process is great and transparent. They also call for more clarification to ensure they have all the information and confirm via email afterwards. Upon arrival, the ones delivering are very kind and respectful. They also ask if there is a specific way we'd like to set up and provide any recommendations in a very respectful manner. We have used Bruno’s Bounce House four times now. They have never let us down. They make the entire process extremely easy and stress free. When booking a reservation you select the date and time frame and Casey will send you an email confirming the date and time. You sign a couple of consent forms and you’re done. They day before delivery you will receive a message from Casey informing you of your estimated delivery time. So far in my experience we always receive it hours before our rental time giving our kids extra time to play. The delivery guys are very fast and efficient. All four rentals have been clean and problem free. All in all I highly recommend Bruno’s Bounce House!

The customer service is top notch! When I got the delivery window, I asked if it was possible for an earlier time and they were quick to respond and give me another time that worked. I asked for a tarp at the last minute, and they purchased it that day and brought it over. The kids had a blast on the Moon Bounce and I will definitely be using them again!

We rented a bounce house for my daughter’s birthday party and it was a hit! We had six 6/7 year-olds playing in it nonstop for hours! All my questions were answered promptly. Weather almost caused us to cancel but luckily I took a chance on the timing of the rain and we ended up with clear skies for the whole party. My daughter has already asked for a bounce house at her next birthday party!

We rented a waterslide for my daughters birthday. We were able to have the slide from 9am-6pm. The delivery guy arrived on time for drop off and pick up. All of the kids had a great time for HOURS! We would definitely use this company again!
