Absolutely amazing service and excellent product, kids couldn’t be happier! I didn’t get the initial delivery guys name but he was super nice and helped setup everything very nicely, very kid! Bruno’s bounce house was just what we needed for our son’s backyard birthday. Very reasonably priced, very good communication during the booking process and leading up to the event, and excellent service by Mason and Eli who set up our bounce house and tables/ chairs and took them down. They were very polite, careful and quick with the set up and take down. They answered all our questions while setting up and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Highly highly recommend!

This is our second time renting from Bruno’s, and we couldn’t be happier! We rented a wet water slide combo, a snow cone machine, and several sets of tables and chairs. We have used Bruno’s Bounce House for several large-scale festival events (bounce houses, tables, chairs, etc.) for our local moms group. They always do a fantastic job. However, our experience today was over the top WONDERFUL! We had two delivery/pickup guys (Caden and John), who were just so impressive. They were so polite, friendly, and helpful. During pickup, they even helped to get some cars unstuck from the mud! We also had a bounce house attendant (Cole). So many parents commented on what a great job he did! All three of these guys deserve a raise!

We chose this company after spending too much in previous years on mediocre bounce houses. The night before the party I realized we did not have enough tables so I messaged the owners and sent my request through. In the morning they replied that the truck delivering the bounce house had already left, but rest assured the husband drove to our house to personally drop off the tables hours before our party!!! Not only do they have amazing options AND great prices, but they also provide everything you could think of to make your kids day special while taking ease off of yourself. TWO THUMBS UP! The service was top notch! We asked for a rental in the morning and they did not have the one we wanted but called us back to ask if we wanted one similar to the one we requested. After some time we didn’t know why the moon bounce was deflating (later found out it was due to a bag covering the vent) and the company responded right away and was able to get someone out within 20 minutes. I booked online, our event was from 2 to 8 and it didn’t let me book it further then 6 pm so I called and spoke with someone and they assured me they will change pick up time to 8 pm. Someone was there to pick up at 6:30 just when the weather had just stared to cool off a little bit and all the kids were ready to play in the bouncy house.

Everything was great, except they charged extra to pay by credit card before disclosing that, so it was an unexpected fee without explanation, and didn’t even explain it on the receipt. Also, they charge an additional $50 if it’s not at a private residence, which doesn’t make sense to me. Otherwise, great service, communication and punctuality.

The best bouncy castle rental company. This is my second time renting with them. It was a last minute birthday party for my 5yr old daughter and requested for double slide dry bouncy castle for next day at 6pm. The process of placing order was so easy and fast. Rest of the rental companies I tried has advance notice period to order bouncy castles but Bruno’s bouncy castles company made my daughters day. Party was a big hit. Overall, Bruno’s provided what they said they would on time and what we ordered. Lanie, the attendant was super sweet and did a great job. Tyler and Justin picked up and dropped off the moon bounce. They were swift about pick up, in and out! Allison, Two critiques: it was scorching out and I was surprised to see that Bruno’s didn’t send any shade for the attendant. Also, we had to rent a generator from Bruno’s. It wasn’t communicated well in the beginning the limitations of where the power source needed to be and that it was discouraged to use our own generator. Maybe that was something I missed when booking! I understood the why’s once explained but it would have been nice to have that info in the beginning. Overall, we would use them again!

Two years in a row using Bruno’s—fantastic experience both times! They are so wonderful to work with, extremely responsive and easy to reach, consistent and reliable! The prices are reasonable and the fact that you can have the inflatable all day feels like a win for sure. 10/10 will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a bounce house!

Bruno’s Bounce house was fantastic. Brought the castle over early morning and picked up well after use. Very affordable and trustworthy. Couldn’t ask for anything more when trying to make sure your child has a great birthday. Stress free and they took care of everything 10 out of 10.

Very professional staff. They arrived when they said they would. They set up everything and properly staked the bounce house down. They also made sure we were familiar with the equipment before they left. The bounce house and equipment were in perfect shape, and the thirty-odd youngest under the age of 12 who attended our annual HOA picnic had a great time. It was well worth the money. The staff took care of all the setup and tear down. We highly recommend them, and our association intends to use them again. If you get the snow cone machine, you may want to consider getting extra syrup. The amount provided ran out after about 3 hours.

We had a great experience with Bruno’s! Unfortunately ours was for Naunie’s funeral. She had requested it so her grandchildren wouldn’t be as sad. We booked it last minute because of that and they were extremely accommodating and made sure to have all the details worked out before hand since we would not be there when it was dropped off. Naunie was right the kids had a great time! I highly recommend Bruno’s!

I have been using Bruno's Bounce House for the last few years and they have been excellent in service and have a wide array of bounce houses to choose from. This year was no different. Especially, since I made a mistake on my order. Alison and her team came to my rescue and went the extra mile to fulfill my order for the MEGA Fire Truck water slide. When our Grands came into our backyard it was "game on" and the expressions on their faces were priceless. Thank you, Bruno's Team for all you did to ensure our family had a memorable event.
