Bruno’s was great. It was very easy to order online. The best part was that I literally had to do nothing else—they handled every aspect of delivery, set up, and tear down. They provided text updates on ETAs for delivery and removal and were right on time for both. We got the Paw Patrol blow up for a high school graduation party and it was loved by the little siblings and even the high schoolers.

This is our 2nd time using them. We did once for my sons 1st birthday and again for his 7th. Im glad they were still in business. They have lots of options to choose from. Its us too, book and make a deposit on their website. Everyone is professional and polite. It's a fast response to emails or texts I never waited more than 24 hours. The best bouncy castle rental company. This is my second time renting with them. It was a last minute birthday party for my 5yr old daughter and requested for double slide dry bouncy castle for next day at 6pm. The process of placing order was so easy and fast. Rest of the rental companies I tried has advance notice period to order bouncy castles but Bruno’s bouncy castles company made my daughters day. Party was a big hit. Overall, Bruno’s provided what they said they would on time and what we ordered. Lanie, the attendant was super sweet and did a great job. Tyler and Justin picked up and dropped off the moon bounce. They were swift about pick up, in and out! Allison, Two critiques: it was scorching out and I was surprised to see that Bruno’s didn’t send any shade for the attendant. Also, we had to rent a generator from Bruno’s. It wasn’t communicated well in the beginning the limitations of where the power source needed to be and that it was discouraged to use our own generator. Maybe that was something I missed when booking! I understood the why’s once explained but it would have been nice to have that info in the beginning. Overall, we would use them again!

This is the second year we rent a water slide from Bruno’s Bounce house. From the beginning to the very end all you get is great customer service. My kids enjoyed the water slide. The slide was clean and in great condition. They will be my go to for all water or bounce house rentals! Highly recommend.

We recently worked with Bruno’s Bounce House for a large children’s event on a sprawling farm, and I just have to give the biggest shoutout to the incredible team they sent our way — Caden, John, and Cole. Caden and John went above and beyond in every way. The setup was no easy task — muddy fields, steady rain, and a wide-open space that made logistics tricky — but these two handled it all with the best attitudes and nonstop effort. Not only did they get everything up and running seamlessly, but they also jumped in to help guests push cars that were stuck in the mud… completely unprompted, just out of the kindness of their hearts. Their work ethic and generosity did not go unnoticed! Cole was our bounce house attendant, and we heard nothing but rave reviews from parents. He was warm, attentive, and so wonderful with the kids. Several families commented on how great he was — present, friendly, and clearly someone who genuinely enjoys working with children. We’ve hired Bruno’s Bounce House for events in the past and always had a great experience, but this specific team took it to the next level. I ordered the unicorn bounce house for my niece’s birthday. The staff members came on time for setup and were quick, friendly, and approachable. They also removed the bounce house quickly and efficiently after the party was over. The bounce house was a great size and can comfortably hold multiple children. It comes with a large slide on the outside and a small basketball hoop on the inside which were a hit. The process was easy and everyone enjoyed the bounce house. The bounce house we got for my sons' joint birthday party was a hit and everyone was happy. The website was a bit confusing and I initially ordered a bounce house that was way too big for my backyard, but thankfully the day before the party I started asking some questions and we were able to swap it out last minute for something that fit. So while we had a great experience (also ordered tables and chairs), I'd recommend a review of the website to make sure measurements are clear. Absolutely fantastic experience with Bruno’s. I was able to get a rental on short notice for a party. They came on time for drop off and pick up. JJ and Trey were quick, polite and good at answering questions from an inquisitive birthday kid 🙂 Will absolutely use them again!
