Everything was great, except they charged extra to pay by credit card before disclosing that, so it was an unexpected fee without explanation, and didn’t even explain it on the receipt. Also, they charge an additional $50 if it’s not at a private residence, which doesn’t make sense to me. Otherwise, great service, communication and punctuality.

Tyler and Hudson were absolutely amazing delivering and setting up the bounce house for my son’s 1st birthday party! They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly and professional, and made sure everything was set up safely and perfectly. We’ve rented twice from Bruno’s - first time was an obstacle course and second was a waterslide moonbounce for my 7 year and 4 year olds birthday parties. Very professional staff. They arrived when they said they would. They set up everything and properly staked the bounce house down. They also made sure we were familiar with the equipment before they left. The bounce house and equipment were in perfect shape, and the thirty-odd youngest under the age of 12 who attended our annual HOA picnic had a great time. It was well worth the money. The staff took care of all the setup and tear down. We highly recommend them, and our association intends to use them again. If you get the snow cone machine, you may want to consider getting extra syrup. The amount provided ran out after about 3 hours.

I used Bruno’s Bounce House for my daughter’s birthday party and cannot speak highly enough of them and their team. We had to change the date and they were very responsive and able to accommodate our changes. The day before our event they reached out via email with a clear drop off and pick up time. The day of our party they showed up right when they said they would. Not only that, but Noah and Boddie handled everything. They checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the set-up and made sure the area was safe for the kids to run around. They set it up quickly and pick-up at the end of the day was just as easy. I definitely recommend Bruno’s Bounce House for your next event!

Our neighborhood used Bruno’s Bounce House for our annual Community Day. We had a 60ft obstacle course that the kids loved, in addition to 2 bounce houses, one with a slide. There was something for everyone and all ages. We worked with Alison to find just the right equipment and Junior and Aehran showed up promptly to deliver and setup the equipment. Our community location has a slight hill making setup somewhat difficult and they handled it professionally and without any complaint. Everyone we worked with were a pleasure and very professional and went above and beyond. We had also rented 2 cornhole games and only 1 game was on the truck. They immediately were on the phone with management and the 2nd set was promptly delivered prior to our event. These things happen but it’s how they are handled that makes the difference! They handled everything perfectly!! We highly recommend working with Bruno’s Bounce House.

Hands down the best experience! They arrived on time when they said they would. Set up was seamless and the picked up right on time as well. The kiddos had a blast and we had the bounce house for most of the day which was a real treat. The only negative I will say is that the bounce house did arrive a bit dirty so my husband took sometime to clean it for the kids. We would definitely use Brunos again in the future.

Great value. Delivery was a little later than desired but still had plenty of time set up before our party. My only complaint was condition of tables. We scrubbed everyone down and put our table clothes down. Added decorations, 35+ teenagers, music and food and my twin 16 year daughters had excellent party with tables, chairs and lots of bubbles! Sunday morning they picked up everything and our backyard was all cleaned up. Highly recommend them for any gathering that folding tables and chairs can be dressed up to make a magical time. Give the delivery guys a tip, they deserve it!

However, our experience today was over the top WONDERFUL! We had two delivery/pickup guys (Caden and John), who were just so impressive. They were so polite, friendly, and helpful. I booked online, our event was from 2 to 8 and it didn’t let me book it further then 6 pm so I called and spoke with someone and they assured me they will change pick up time to 8 pm. Someone was there to pick up at 6:30 just when the weather had just stared to cool off a little bit and all the kids were ready to play in the bouncy house.

I have used this business twice for my HOA Fall Festival and they have been fantastic both times. The guys who deliver/pickup the bounce house are always on time, professional, and friendly. This is the second year we rent a water slide from Bruno’s Bounce house. From the beginning to the very end all you get is great customer service. My kids enjoyed the water slide. Bruno’s bounce house is fabulous! So easy to work with and we used them every year for our events. They have lots of options and their inflatables are always clean and well cared for.
