Braemar and Victory Lakes hold summer HOA socials, churches along Linton Hall Road run VBS and fall festivals, and schools like Cedar Point, Bristow Run, Chris Yung and Patriot High hold field days every spring. We bring the whole setup: inflatables, tents, tables, games and snacks. Our crew sets it up before your guests arrive and takes it down afterward.

Planning tips for Bristow organizers

Schools: we’re an approved vendor for Prince William County Public Schools. Send us the school’s paperwork requirements, the field location and your bell schedule, and we’ll plan the delivery window around them.
HOA events: Braemar and Victory Lakes have rules for using common areas. Reserve the space with the HOA first, then book with us.
Power: 60′ obstacle courses need 2 circuits. If the field has no outlets, add a generator ($135).
Parks: Prince William County parks need a permit for commercial rentals. Check the rules for inflatables before you reserve a shelter.
Rain: Cancel or reschedule for rain by 8 PM the night before at no charge. We may also cancel for rain, winds over 25 mph or temperatures below 45°F, with a full refund of your deposit.

Are you an approved Prince William County Public Schools vendor?

Yes. We’re an approved vendor for Prince William County Public Schools. The School Field Day Package ($1,365) was built for PWCS field days. Delivery and attendants are extra.

Do you provide attendants?

Yes. A staff attendant is $40/hour, 3-hour minimum. Many schools and churches use their own volunteers instead. Either way, an adult has to supervise each unit.

Can you set up a tent and an obstacle course together?

Yes. A 20×20 tent is $400 and a 20×40 is $650. We’ll plan the layout so the course and the tent both fit, with room to walk between them.
