When booking a reservation you select the date and time frame and Casey will send you an email confirming the date and time. You sign a couple of consent forms and you’re done. They day before delivery you will receive a message from Casey informing you of your estimated delivery time. So far in my experience we always receive it hours before our rental time giving our kids extra time to play. The delivery guys are very fast and efficient. All four rentals have been clean and problem free. All in all I highly recommend Bruno’s Bounce House!”
