Haymarket has a strong small-town calendar. The Town of Haymarket hosts Haymarket Day every fall, Dominion Valley and the Villages of Piedmont hold neighborhood socials, and churches and schools from Old Town to Bull Run Mountain Estates run picnics, VBS and field days. We set up inflatables, tents, tables, games and concessions, and we come back to take it all down.

Haymarket is close to our warehouse. Delivery is free for most addresses, or $30 for a few farther west, based on your address. Setup and pickup are included.

School Field Day Package, $1,365: Toddler Park, Single Slide Castle, Batman or Superman obstacle course, two carnival games and popcorn. Delivery and attendants extra. Approved vendor for Prince William County Public Schools.
Church Family Fun Package, $710: a bounce house or combo, a toddler park, a concession station and seating
Obstacle Challenge Package, $840: a 60′ Castle, Sports, Tropical or CAMO course, a popcorn, cotton candy or sno-cone station with 20 servings, 2 tables and 12 chairs
Corporate Fun Day Package, $1,845: 60′ CAMO course, sports challenge games, cornhole, Jumbo Jenga, a 20×20 tent, slushy machine and 4 cocktail tables

A $50 venue or business fee may apply at non-residential sites. Prices are from the live site on Oct 8, 2026, and checkout shows the current price.

Planning tips for Haymarket organizers

Schools: we’re an approved vendor for Prince William County Public Schools. Haymarket Elementary, Battlefield High and other Haymarket schools can book the School Field Day Package or build their own mix.
Churches: confirm whether the lawn or parking lot can be used and whether you need a certificate of insurance. The Church Family Fun Package ($710) covers most picnics.
HOA socials: Dominion Valley and Piedmont have rules for using common areas. Reserve the space first.
Town events: vendors for Haymarket Day and other town events work through the town’s organizers.
Rain: Cancel or reschedule for rain by 8 PM the night before at no charge. We may also cancel for rain, winds over 25 mph or temperatures below 45°F, with a full refund of your deposit.

Are you an approved vendor for Haymarket schools?

Yes. We’re an approved vendor for Prince William County Public Schools. The School Field Day Package is $1,365, with delivery and attendants extra.

Is delivery free to Haymarket?

For most addresses, yes. Delivery is free within about 10 miles of our warehouse. A few addresses farther west are $30.

Can we rent just tents, tables and chairs?

Yes. A 20×20 tent is $400, a 20×40 is $650, folding tables are $12 and chairs are $2.50.

Do you rent an LED screen?

Yes. Our 16×9 LED screen is $1,500 for a two-hour movie, longer events quoted.
